I am currently a first year law student at University of Cincinnati college of law.  I was a competitive gymnast for 10 years in my hometown of Mount Vernon, OH. I have been coaching for 6 years now, and I am so happy to be teaching rec at CGA!

I have been gymnastics for almost 4 years at CGA. I am currently on the Xcel Gold team and I love to spend time with my teammates. Meet week is my favorite and I love the energy of my team.

Hello! My name is Elizabeth Colonel. I’m 18 years old and I just began working here at CGA.
However, I was a gymnast here most of my childhood. I recently graduated high school back in
May, 2023 and I am currently at Miami Hamilton majoring in nursing! Even though I love all the
events, beam is my favorite. Super excited for what’s to come!

Gymnastics has always been a part of Sarah’s life. She was a competitive gymnast for 12 years and went on to cheer in college. She grew up in a gym owned by her parents where she began her love of coaching. Sarah has coached gymnastics for over 16 years now, and has been at CGA for over 5 years. Sarah is the Preschool Director, Pre team head coach, and coaches out Xcel team as well. When not in the gym, Sarah and her Husband enjoy going on adventures.

I have been coming to CGA since I was 7 years old. I go to Fairfield High School. I currently do gymnastics in the Xcel program at CGA. 

I was a gymnast at CGA from 2000-2004. In 2011, I moved to Columbus to study English Literature and Creative Writing at The Ohio State University. I joined the OSU rec trampoline and tumbling team, The Sundial Humor Magazine, and Alpha Chi Omega. After graduating in 2014, I moved to San Francisco where I taught gymnastics at AcroSports and took classes in aerial silks and contortion. I then moved back to Columbus where I coached at Buckeye Gymnastics for 8 years. Now I’m back home at CGA and I can’t wait to see what the future holds!

I was a competitive gymnast at CGA for 9 years. I recently graduated from Kent State University where I was on the club gymnastics team and coached classes at a nearby gym. I am so happy to be back at CGA! You will find me teaching classes and coaching Xcel.

I play Lacrosse for my school. My sister is a member of the competitive team here at CGA. I also used to be a Level 8 gymnast here at CGA but had to quit due to an injury. I have 4 dogs at home and a brother and a sister and after school I want to be an orthodontist.

I am a gymnast at CGA on the Xcel Gold team. This is my third season at CGA doing gymnastics. I Love to be with my family, friends, and at the gym. I am an 8th grader at Plains Jr. High. I’m excited to meet lots of new people.

 I have 3 daughters, two of them are gymnasts here at CGA, Level 3 and Xcel 2. My oldest daughter is a freshman at UC. When I’m not at the gym I love doing anything sports related. I also enjoy gardening and DIY projects.  

My sister did gymnastics for 12 years and I followed her to every meet. I am a student at the University of Cincinnati.

I am a gymnast at CGA. I love teaching and inspiring kids. I am homeschooled. I love to read. I have an old doggy named Abby.

I am a Reading Intervention Teacher and work with Kindergarten – 6th grade. I have 2 kids, Maeley and Graham. Maeley is on the Pre-Team here at CGA. I love to do Yoga, read, and swim. I have coached cheer and tumbling for over 21 years.

I am a Level 8 gymnast and I have been at CGA for 6 years. I love my family, friends, and spending time with them is always fun! I love being around kids and watching them grow as gymnasts while having fun!

I am a Level 8 gymnast here at CGA. I have been a gymnast for 11 years. I have been around kids my entire life. I just love their unique personalities and smiling faces.

I am a Level 7 gymnast here at CGA. I have been doing gymnastics for 13 years.I am a cheerleader at East Central High School. I have been teaching gymnastics for 10 months. When I graduate from High School I am going to cosmetology school to become a Bridal Hair Stylist. I have been doing show choir for 5 years.

I am a Level 8 gymnast here at CGA. I have done gymnastics for 12 years. I attend Mason High School I have a twin sister Ms. Katie.

I am a Level 8 gymnast at CGA. I have done gymnastics for 11 years now. I attend William Mason High School.

I’m a light hearted, caring person who has always loved Gymnastics. While I only did gymnastics at a YMCA until I was 8, I kept a love and longing for it in my heart while I did a plethora of other sports focusing mainly on swim team, soccer, and cheer. I have college degrees in Music and Biblical Studies. I adore stage acting. I have been a writer and story teller since I can remember and am currently writing a fiction novel. My biggest passion is working with kids. Lovingly encouraging them to beleive in themselves and challenge themselves. I think kids are the most fun and entertaining people! I’m excited to have a job that brings me back to gymnastics and lets me make a difference in kids lives. I’ve been married to my literal best friend since 2020. We hope to be foster parents one day.  

I grew up doing gymnastics for 12 years in my hometown of Westerville Ohio and I’ve been coaching for 4 years. I moved to Cincinnati to begin the University of Cincinnati’s audiology program. I’m very excited to be joining the CGA team!

I did gymnastics for 11 years, competitively for 5. My future Major is going to be Marketing.
