The Optional Team Program has high standards, building on basics and striving for excellence. Goal- CGA gymnasts are successful in the gym and apply their learned self-discipline in all areas of life! Creating a positive environment: athletic training and physical therapy, Spirit Group, and team activities (overnighters and community outreach) and encouraging and developing confident and serving-driven youth athletes.
