Registration Fees:
Athletes – $150/ea. – all levels
Team Fee – $60/ea.

Scratch Refund Deadline – Oct. 31, 2025
Level Change Deadline – Oct. 31, 2025
After completing the on-line registration, please download the form linked above and submit with your payment.
*Note: Leo sizes must be entered on the second tab of the registration form and sent in with payment. Meet gift leos will only be ordered if sizes are submitted.
Payment in full is required at registration.
