Their relationship with us will help them develop character and gain confidence as well as gymnastics skills. Abby Adu

I am currently a first year law student at University of Cincinnati college of law.  I was a competitive gymnast for 10 years in my hometown of Mount Vernon, OH. I have been coaching for 6 years now, and I am so happy to be teaching rec at CGA!

Shelby Buck

I am currently a student at the University of Cincinnati getting my degree in Nursing. I have coached for 4 years and I love working with kids! You will find me teaching Pre-School and Recreational classes as well as coaching Pre-Team and Xcel 1. I also coach volleyball.

Lydia Burnett

I come from a family from different parts of the world: Jamaica, West Virginia, Cuba, ect. This will be my 12th year on the Competitive Team @ CGA. I want to major in Psychology when I go to college.

Elizabeth Colonel

Hello! My name is Elizabeth Colonel. I’m 18 years old and I just began working here at CGA.
However, I was a gymnast here most of my childhood. I recently graduated high school back in
May, 2023 and I am currently at Miami Hamilton majoring in nursing! Even though I love all the
events, beam is my favorite. Super excited for what’s to come!

Sarah Day

Gymnastics has always been a part of Sarah’s life. She was a competitive gymnast for 12 years and went on to cheer in college. She grew up in a gym owned by her parents where she began her love of coaching. Sarah has coached gymnastics for over 16 years now, and has been at CGA for over 5 years. Sarah is the Preschool Director, Pre team head coach, and coaches out Xcel team as well. When not in the gym, Sarah and her Husband enjoy going on adventures.

 

Carly Johnson

Instructor

Carly has lived in Cincinnati her whole life. When she was 9, she started taking lessons at CGA with her sister, being inspired to, after watching the summer olympics. She competed at 3 level, doing well on her favorite events, beam and bars. After stopping gymnastics a few years later, Carly continued to take the skills and life lessons she learned at CGA applying them to everyday life, while constantly trying to teach any friends who would listen, how to do handstands and cartwheels. Carly loves teaching and is so happy to be back at CGA.

Maura Jones

Gymnast

I am a Level 9 gymnast here at CGA. I have done gymnastics for 12 years. I love spending time with my friends, family, and my pets. I enjoy being outside and doing any outdoor activity.

Caroline Kellogg

I was a competitive gymnast at CGA for 9 years. I recently graduated from Kent State University where I was on the club gymnastics team and coached classes at a nearby gym. I am so happy to be back at CGA! You will find me teaching classes and coaching Xcel.

Grayson Noteman

My sister did gymnastics for 12 years and I followed her to every meet. I am a student at the University of Cincinnati.

Alexis Schulman

Coach

I have been doing gymnastics my whole life! I have been working at CGA for a couple of months now. I have 3 younger brothers that are 10, 7, and 2 yrs old. I have a cat and a dog. I am so happy I can carry my love for gymnastics into my coaching!

Delaney Sealy

I am a current gymnast at CGA. I have done gymnastics for 13 years. I love working with kids and hope to inspire them to love gymnastics as much as I do!

Gracen Standley

Levels coached:  xcel 1 and 2 along with recreational classes

Hailey Sundbye

I am a Level 7 gymnast here at CGA. I have been doing gymnastics for 13 years.I am a cheerleader at East Central High School. I have been teaching gymnastics for 10 months. When I graduate from High School I am going to cosmetology school to become a Bridal Hair Stylist. I have been doing show choir for 5 years.

Hailey Wiktorowski

I am a Level 8 gymnast here at CGA. I have done gymnastics for 12 years. I attend Mason High School I have a twin sister Ms. Katie.

I am a Level 8 gymnast at CGA. I have done gymnastics for 11 years now. I attend William Mason High School.

Rebecca Williams

I am a Freshman at Xavier University studying biomedical sciences. I am also on the club gymnastics team. I did gymnastics for 10 years, competitively for 3 years. My home is in Delaware. I am 1 of 4 kids in my family. I have 2 cats and a dog. I love to sing and write poetry.
