The Optional Team Program high standards; building on basics and striving excellence. Goal- CGA gymnasts successful in the gym, and applying their learned self-discipline in all areas of life! Creating a positive environment; athletic training and physical therapy, Spirit Group, and team activities (overnighters and comunity outreach). Encouraging and developing confident and serving driven youth athletes.
